With gasoline prices skyrocketing these days, everybody seems complaining about how much it costs to fill their tank. But Hilary Duff seemed cheerful enough during a trip to the gas station yesterday.

Stylin’ and profilin’ in her Mercedes-Benz G-class SUV, the “War, Inc.” starlet looked chipper in a bright blue long-torso t-shirt along with a pair of black stretch pants and some oversized moviestar shades.

Perhaps her amicable mood was due to the fact that Duff was about to take a pampering trip to the salon for a primping session.

Later in the day (after a change of clothes), Hilary was spotted on her way out of the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills. And she looked ecstatic as she smiled for the shutterbugs, sporting a blonde layered coif, fresh from the stylist’s chair.
